GEM deduction applies only to winners.
Upon winning, GEM equal to the item price will be deducted from your balance as of the event closing date.
Entrants with insufficient GEM will be automatically excluded from the raffle without notice.

Customs duties for international shipping are the customer's responsibility. Refused shipments will not be resent.

If delivery is unavailable to your region, the item may be replaced with a product of equivalent value.

Each item's raffle is open only to entrants who hold GEM equal to or exceeding the item price.
If you win multiple items, the higher-priced item will be processed first.

The Prime Music Pass and Premium Membership passes cannot be used by users who are currently on an active subscription.
